Due to overwhelming demand for this compliance product, it is currently on backorder with the manufacturer.
Several customers have told us that they ordered this product from other distributors with the expectation of receiving their shipment a few days later. When the orders didn’t arrive, they reached out to the distributors directly and were told the product would not be shipped for several months.
At MCR Medical, our goal is to always be very transparent with our customers.
We do NOT mark inventory “in stock” that we don’t have right here in our warehouse, and we are very straight forward regarding lead times.
With that being said, we don’t expect to have the WLCRdM feedback device in stock until mid-April. We’re sorry for this inconvenience, but we are doing our best to accommodate customers by accepting pre-orders.
To join the pre-order list, contact our sales office and provide your name, desired quantity, email address and phone number. When we receive the product at our warehouse, we will reach out to you directly to confirm that you still want to proceed with the order. At that time, we will request the billing/shipping address and payment. Once the order is placed, we guarantee your desired quantity within 7-10 business days of the transaction.
What we will NOT do is promise you inventory that we can’t deliver, or charge your account months in advance. You are under no obligation when you add your name to the list.

I tried 6 of the first version of the CRdM devices, they work fine except the volume is too low. The newer version mid-April is supposed to have a louder volume. I’d like to get 10 of the new ones.

Great question Michele! Yes, the NEW WLCRdM provides the end using with both audio and visual feedback for both the depth and rate of their compressions. Fully compliant with the new AHA guidelines.
