Are you willing to drop ship orders to my customer?

When you place an order on our website you have the option to have the order shipped to your customer. However, our name, contact information, or prices may be located on packaging, packing list, products, marketing fliers, and the shipping label.

When customers ask vendors to "drop ship" they normally mean that they want the package to appear as if they shipped it, and to hide any pricing information. We have a direct-to-the-end-customer business model, so we've made sure to put our name everywhere we can, and to make it easy for our customers to find us and our pricing. Thus, it is difficult to accommodate these special drop ship requests. Using alternative packaging, special packing lists, custom shipping labels, etc. adds time to our order processing and reduces our overall efficiency.

We have a "no drop shipping" policy in place so we can maintain our efficiency and offer our lowest price to all of our customers.
